The newly installed wood railings, posts and existing balconies of a hotel building were professorially stained and painted with weather resistant wood stain and exterior paint, according to the requirements and the colors. The structure was clean before the application of the stain and paint. Protection of the surfaces was maintained as well as an extra caution was incorporated since the area was an open tourist attraction and residency. The work site was cleaned at the end and touch up paint was given to the owners for future maintenance purposes.
